Their primary influences stem from slam death metal, early 2010s deathcore, and heavy beatdown. Bands like Emmure, Bodysnatcher, and King Conquer laid the foundational groundwork for Traitors’ signature slow, sludgy tempo and crushing, chug-heavy breakdowns. Acts like Whitechapel and older heavy metal scenes influenced their rhythm, song structure, and the articulation of their bleak lyricism.
